Rooms are clean, but it's a very old hotel. Lobby and old elevators smell musty. The gym is way down in the basement, and you can only access it by taking the elevator on the left. Normally, I would have no issues requesting bottle water for Marriott properties with Platinum status, but staff did not give it complementary for the second day of my stay. Stay at the AC hotel, it's s much better.

The room was extremely clean. Convenient location and the most helpful/dedicated customer care. The operation manager Mayra Vasquez and Richard Hernandez went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and services they provided .Thank you!

This hotel is tough. Internet connect is too slow for remote working or streaming. It worked fine when we checked in and then dropped off the speed to completely useless the second day and on through for the remainder of our stay. Housekeeping was so noisy out in the hallway on the 4th Floor and that kicked off around 8:00 a.m. - banging and letting the door across from our room bang and bang over and over. Staff morale appears terrible at this hotel. Almost no one looks at you or even makes an attempt at friendliness. Breakfast staff were the worst. Guests have to ask them to refill empty containers during the morning meal. They mostly stand and talk to one another (two ladies) rather than attending to the food or cleaning the tables. The hotel was not like this in the past - very disappointed. Shaking my head!

The moment you walk in to the lobby it smelled like mildew and funky gym bags! The parking is a nightmare, 42 dollars for parking!!! Unaccommodating for disabled people. There is only one access point on the roof to the hotel in the self parking garage. The room wasn't any better. It smelled like funk and other smells I can't quite describe. The room looked and felt dirty even after I wiped it down with Clorox wipes. Lipstick on a pig, and run down, room was also constantly dark no matter the time of day. Next time I will listen to the reviews, we won't be returning to this run down hotel. Look elsewhere.

If you need to be nearby, you can't beat the location. Our family lives in Crestview, about a mile and a half away, so it works for us. The service is fine, though using the self parking garage is a little funky: no elevator. You can use the hotel elevator to get to the fourth floor crossover, then walk down, or park at the crossover. The decor is strictly Residence Inn. If you're expecting something special because you're in Beverly Hills, you'll be disappointed. The Residence Inn breakfast is fine, though no scrambled eggs or link sausage. Breakfast sandwiches, corn muffins with vegetables, etc. The pastries included a very good blueberry scone, though, and the coffee and orange juice were very good, too. We were on points so I can't comment on pricing.
