O atendimento ao cliente foi bom, minha suíte estava limpa e higienizada, embora eu não possa usar todos os produtos que eles oferecem devido ao Covid-19. Também é uma vantagem o fato de haver um Starbucks no local.

Customer service was good my suite was clean and sanitized even though I can't use all the things they offer due to Covid-19. It also aplus that there's a Starbucks onsite.

Este hotel é um paraíso na cidade! A partir do momento em que chegamos aqui, já amamos o lugar! As crianças desfrutavam de uma piscina muito grande. Estávamos ansiosos para voltar a este hotel novamente no futuro. Eu altamente recomendaria este hotel a ninguém e tenho certeza que eles vão adorar aqui também, como nós! Obrigado!

O check-in e check-out foram rápidos e fáceis com o aplicativo e chave digital, sem necessidade de parar na recepção. O quarto era grande e muito confortável. Eu viajo para esta área várias vezes por ano. Este é muito mais agradável do que os outros hotéis da área em que já me hospedei.

El registro de entrada y salida fue rápido y fácil con la aplicación y la llave digital, sin necesidad de detenerse en la recepción. La habitación era grande y muy cómoda. Viajo a esta zona varias veces al año. Es mucho mejor que los otros hoteles de la zona en los que me he alojado.

¡Este hotel es un paraíso en la ciudad! Desde el momento en que llegamos aquí, ¡ya nos encanta el lugar! Los niños disfrutaron de su gran piscina. Esperamos volver a este hotel de nuevo en el futuro. This hotel is a paradise in the city! From the moment we arrived here, we love the place already! The kids enjoyed their very large swimming pool. We looked forward to getting back to this hotel again in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody and I am sure they will love it here, too, as we do! Thanks!

Check in and check out was fast and easy using the app and digital key, no need to stop at the front desk. The room was large and very comfortable. I travel to this area several times a year. This is much nicer than the other hotels in the area that I’ve stayed at.

My sister and fiancee booked a wedding here "pre-Covid" and made a substantial deposit. When the Governor's order cut the size of the wedding down to an impractical limit, Doubletree did the right thing and refunded her deposit.Thanks to Matt and his team for working through this with her. These are challenging times, but we will get back to normal, and it's good to know Doubletree will be there when we get there......

O interior do hotel era muito bom. Em épocas fora da Covid, tenho certeza de que oferece uma experiência excepcional, mas havia tantas coisas que não estavam disponíveis que, para mim, tiraram parte do valor. Eles têm uma localização conveniente perto de muitos lugares para pegar comida. Foi a primeira vez que me hospedei no Double Tree, então não tenho nada para compará-lo com outras propriedades do Hilton que eu já fiquei. Estávamos lá para diversão e negócios e a suíte ofereceu um ótimo espaço de trabalho enquanto outros podem relaxar em outro cômodo da suíte, o que foi muito benéfico.

The hotel's interior was very nice. In non-Covid times I'm sure it delivers an exceptional experience but there were so many things not available that for me, took away some of the value. They have a convenient location near lots of places to grab food. It was my first time staying at Double Tree so I don't have anything to compare it to other than other Hilton based properties I've stayed at. We were there for fun & business & the suite offered a great work space while others can relax in other room of the suite so that was very beneficial.

Este DoubleTree é ótimo encontrar na área. Vários colegas e eu ficamos aqui ao longo dos anos em que trabalhamos em Downers Grove, Naperville e Wheaton. Os quartos são enormes e atualizados. O lounge executivo serve comida suficiente para fazer uma refeição no café da manhã e jantar. Há um amplo estacionamento gratuito. Atendimento ao cliente estava bem.

Este DoubleTree es un gran hallazgo en la zona. Varios colegas y yo nos alojamos aquí a lo largo de los años cuando trabajamos en Downers Grove, Naperville y Wheaton. Las habitaciones son enormes y actualizadas. El salón ejecutivo sirve comida suficiente para preparar el desayuno y la cena. Hay un amplio estacionamiento gratuito. El servicio al cliente estuvo bien.

This DoubleTree is great find in the area. Several colleagues and I stayed here over the years when we worked in Downers Grove, Naperville, and Wheaton. The rooms are huge and updated. The executive lounge serves enough food to make a meal for breakfast and dinner. There's ample free parking. Customer service was okay.

The lobby looks nice, the rooms are a bit dated. The shower drain was slow to drain, so you have shower in standing water. No usb outlets to charge electronics, the carpet needs a good shampoo...
