“The hotel has both plus and negative points, more negative in the way our visit ended as we asked the concierge to get a taxi to the Airport, there was a white car sitting outside which had no taxi sign, the concierge stated the trip would be 60Dirhams, which we thought was more expensive than we thought was more expensive that it should be, we took it as we needed to get to the airport, on arrival at airport our driver only wanted cash and because we only had card he demanded 70Dirham instead. Being outside of Europe I was less likely to start arguing the point of the agreed fare of 60Dirhams. For the hotel to allow this behaviour happen is disgraceful, I’m sure I’m not the first person this has happened to as it looked like an arranged procedure with the concierge. Overall tho the hotel is clean and pleasant with a good breakfast choice which is fresh and has very helpful staff. The hotel is a bit off the beaten track, at least 20min walk to nearest Metro line, the rooftop pool is nice. Our room was classic double room, basic enough”

“The reception are okay The room is okay as well, I did not like the mattress/pillows/beddings quality, It dose not include slippers or dental care kit. The breakfast area gets very crowded, noisy, and smelly in the morning which was very unpleasant experience. Location is not exactly downtown And near residential towers not exactly tourist area Generally, It’s not bad but not great experience either. I did not try the spa or the gym. Will not go back unless I was really tight on budget”
