“I've stayed here a few times, never great but not bad. This last time I booked 4 nights. I walked into the room, and it smelled terrible. No big deal, I went down to the front desk and asked to switch rooms. The front desk woman, Nikki, asked why, I said the room smelled bad. She pulled a face and asked what it smelled like. I said it smelled like someone had sprayed a bunch of Raid or something similar. She rolled her eyes and said she'd need her manager. She disappeared for a few minutes and brought the manager, who did not acknowledge me at all, and walked Nikki through moving the room. Nikki handed me a new key, I said thank you, Nikki said nothing. I got to the new room. It was a wheelchair-accessible room; special bathroom and shower, bars, benches, etc. I was very uncomfortable taking this room from someone who might need it. In addition, this room was not as nice/updated as other rooms in the hotel, which I thought was terrible, why do differently abled people get a worse room? It definitely felt like Nikki did this on purpose for my having the audacity to ask for a new room minutes after I checked in (switching rooms is a normal thing that guests are free to do). I called Hilton Honors, who spoke to the front desk. I was thoroughly uncomfortable and told Honors I wanted to leave but didn't want to deal with the front desk again. They took care of it and told me all I need to do is check out. When I went down, Nikki was there waiting to eavesdrop as I spoke with the manager. The manager said Nikki told her I had *asked* to be put into a wheelchair room. Why in the world would I?? This is a supremely poorly managed location. There are lots of hotels in the area, go somewhere else and avoid this one.”

“My family and I stayed here for 12 nights when we were moving. The suite we had was very spacious (1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, living room, kitchenette) for the 3 of us and our 2 cats. The staff was always very friendly and the breakfast was good and convenient. The gym is mainly cardio machines with a few free weights and the pool was a nice addition. The location was great for shopping and dining and getting to where we needed to be. We were very happy with our stay!”
