Lovely accommodation. Clean and comfy room. Bar service could be better as server ignored me and got grumpy when I pulled her up about it.

Hotel rooms a good size, but appalled at the fact that we had to take our luggage up by ourselves resulting in my brother spraining his leg! Car park is a nuisance as with apparently practically invisible signs we got car park fined twice of £60each time to park outside the hotel for more than 20 mins... I will simply not go back to the hotel!

Stayed here on a business trip. The hotel itself is very nice, has fitness facilities (gym, pool, sauna, etc.), and is right beside Wembley stadium, Wembley arena, and a shopping center. The rooms are big and well furnished. They have an iron, a kettle, a mini fridge, an alarm, and a TV. The breakfast in the mornings is very nice and is all you can eat. Would highly recommend.

Not stayed here before and we're glad we did. Literally 20 metres from Wembley arena and a 2 minute walk from the shopping outlet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable and clean. The beds were so comfy and we had a great sleep. Breakfast was good and the staff seemed genuinely happy! Pool was also good. The slight criticism was that in this age of climate concern the air conditioning was left running while the rooms were vacant. Overall a great experience.

Great hotel right next door to Wembley Arena. 10 minute walk to the Tube. Took about 35 minutes to get to Parliament/Big Ben. Felt safe in neighborhood. Good outlet shopping next-door. Clean, large room. Staff was great, especially the breakfast staff! So friendly and attentive. Only minus would be the view from our room, a brick wall.
