“What a wonderful hotel . In keeping with all the IHG hotels I've stayed at . Extremely well positioned. We nearly cancelled because of works in front of hotel for the new underground. I'm glad we didn't, It had little impact if any. No noise at all, just a small detour 3 minute detour depending on where you went. If you used restaurant's back entrance it was easier than normal anyway ! The concierge service was exceptional- probably the best team I have ever come across. Well done !! I'm sure to come back soon!”

“We had an amazing time staying in the duplex suite. The 2 floors suite is spacious, beautiful, modern and clean. There is a bathroom, TV and sofa on both floors, which is our favourite part. Top services all the way, staffs are very friendly and helpful (especially the concierge kindly helped us to sort out a restaurant booking issue in Portuguese). We enjoyed the breakfast too, great selection with both the buffet and dishes on the special menu. Perfect location at the city center and right next to the train station/ metro. Great stay, highly recommend.”
