“Everything about this hotel is superb. Massive massive recommendation from me. The staff really could not do enough for you. Friendly, presentable and fantastic. The concierge always worked very hard to help us get some good restaurants booked last minute. There were three of us so we decided to get a suite, which really was unbeatable (although the sofa bed was not the most comfortable thing). The location is almost uneatable, it's quite hard to get anything quite this superb so centrally.”

“We had an amazing time staying in the duplex suite. The 2 floors suite is spacious, beautiful, modern and clean. There is a bathroom, TV and sofa on both floors, which is our favourite part. Top services all the way, staffs are very friendly and helpful (especially the concierge kindly helped us to sort out a restaurant booking issue in Portuguese). We enjoyed the breakfast too, great selection with both the buffet and dishes on the special menu. Perfect location at the city center and right next to the train station/ metro. Great stay, highly recommend.”
