Praticidade! Verdadeiramente um hotel de aeroporto! Acessando através do terminal 2 de ORD, basta uma curta caminhada para chegar ao lobby.Como relatado por outros clientes, também enfrentei problemas com a limpeza, mas o front desk manager resolveu adequadamente o problema, ou seja, como cliente leal Diamond fiquei satisfeito especialmente pelo guest service.Espero que esse breve relato ajude a outros viajantes da comunidade do Trip Advisor a escolher o próximo hotel.** Meus relatos são baseados em experiências reais como viajante a trabalho e a lazer em mais de 200 diferentes hotéis em 4 continentes, principalmente das redes Hilton e Accor. ;)

The only thing that deserves 4 stars here are the prices. I've stayed in many 3 star hotels that are better in every way. The staff is disinterested at best, borderline rude. At least those we encountered. The entire building is extremely outdated, it seems like nothing was updated since at least the 80s. Our room smelled and looked more like an old cheap motel room. The sheets and bathroom cleanliness was okay, like in any decent 3 star hotel. The room AC is terrible. There is no free drinking water, the tap water tastes like it was taken from a public pool, which is typical for Chicago. A 4 star hotel should at least offer free bottled water or filtered drinking fountains to refill bottles. All food and drink options are extremely overpriced and low quality (we did not try the bar though). What generally separates 4 from 3 star hotels is some attention to details, as well as consistently attentive and extra friendly staff. This hotel showed none of those during our short (about 12 hours) overnight stay. The only good thing about this airport hotel is the convenient location.

If you need a quick stopover hotel at O'Hare airport in Chicago,look no further! It's a quick walk to a fantastic hotel! The fitness room is nothing short of spectacular! They have great front desk employees that are very accommodating! The rooms look newly updated! The lighting in the rooms is a little sparse, and there are not a lot of outlets to charge ALL your gadgets.... but, nonetheless, what it lacks in outlets, it makes up for with convenience!

Absolute godsend when AA delayed my flight until 5 pm the next day. They strung us along all day and finally moved it to the next day at nearly 11 pm - and told us to figure out a hotel for the night on our own. Google told me this hotel was walking distance from the terminal and indeed it is, and a short walk at that. After a looooong day in the terminal it was a huge relief to have a smooth, quick and easy check in here and almost immediately be in a nice clean room. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Reasonable fee to extend checkout till 3 pm, so I can reduce the airport purgatory. Staff is kind and helpful. I'm so grateful this place exists.

Hotel caro, sucio el baño estaba lleno de pelos en el piso y en la taza, la alfombra sucia y vieja, con basura el cuarto olía a guardado, todo tan viejo, del año de la inauguración del hotel, en el baño la madera despostillado, tinas con cortina de tela, toallas tan duras y viejas que te lijaban la piel, y en su página no deja realizar reclamos ni envían encuesta sobre tu estadía. No vayan ahí, no caigan en desesperación si su vuelo se cancela, ellos viven de eso y se aprovechan de los clientes ofreciéndote habitaciones de hostal de carretera, disfrazado con el nombre de la cadena Hilton. Que decepción y que vergüenza. Y sobretodo que susto y que estafa por la cantidad que cobran la noche no te da ni ganas de dormir tranquilo.

Like others have said, this hotel is a bit dated. Worn down carpets, etc. Sports bar was nice. Food is mediocre and overpriced but get, you’re at an airport hotel. Front desk staff were outstanding. Spent the extra $10 to get a view of the airport to watch planes come and go. Comfy bed and clean room. A solid “standard” experience. Getting to the hotel is a bit wonky and you’ve got to drag your luggage across two very high traffic drop off lanes to access- no direct airport connection. This is a huge detractor. Unlike the airport hotel at Denver that you can just walk right over to and not have to worry about being run over or carrying all your luggage across multiple streets/parking lots.

Great hotel, great food, friendly people but above all....location,location,location!!! I mean, really; there is nothing better than checking in to a room the night before a super early flight and waking up on the airport property. The car was parked last night, no traffic to deal with, doesn't matter if there's 6 feet of snow out there; just wake up and walk to your terminal via underground corridors. You'll never regret doing this.

I booked a room here, as I had an early flight scheduled for the following day. You could argue that it is pricey, but an extra day of car rental, would exceed the extra cost incurred with a stay here. I turned in the rental and took the airport train to terminal 3, where it was an easy walk to the hotel. I had both dinner and breakfast at the hotels restaurant, and while pricey, they were both good. While the room was dated, it was comfortable and very clean. The staff were all professional and very friendly. Catching my flight the next day was stress free. I hate having to fight traffic in the morning to return the rental car and rushing to get to the gate. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Property is need of some overdue reservation. The big shock from here is that the WHOLE building is either on heat or cooling due to their piping system. My room was facing the evening sun and was pretty hot, with no air conditioning. The front desk had housekeeping bring a room fan by and I was able to open up a window. It was tolerable....but I'm not sure if I would stay here again because of not having any control over my room's temperature. The hotel is in an ideal location if flying out of O'Hare. Absolutely no doubt about that. First floor was exactly what you would expect from a Hilton hotel. Staff, food, shops, and restaurant was just superb. However, the rooms were a bit disappointing. The room was clean and decor nice. However, the decor was completely outdated. Paint was peeling in some parts of the ceiling. And again, if I didn't already turn in my rental car, I probably would have left for another hotel since air conditioning was not available on the property. I hope someone from the hotel and/or Hilton reads this. It's a great property, but needs some changes desperately. With the perfect location, they have guaranteed business.

Missed a company scheduled flight so I had to stay the night of 3/24, to catch an early flight. I could not sleep the entire night. The climate control in the rooms switch between heat and air automatically, sometimes you’ll get cool -air most of the time it’s blowing out warm air. The beds aren’t that comfortable. You can’t use any covers considering there isn’t any real AC in the rooms (another comment mentioned poor climate control). Out of the two short hours of actual sleep I got I woke up drenched in sweat. The restaurant is terrible, the food is unbelievably expensive and it tastes odd. Ordered two meals and weren’t too happy with either one. The hotel is huge. You’d think due to the size of the hotel they’d offer more amenities, nope just a room and a restaurant. It costs to use facility fitness area. All things considered for the price ($250) I’d explore my options before staying here. The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location if you’re flying out the next morning.

Apesar do hotel não ser muito novo, o Day Use é a melhor opção para quem está numa longa conexão. Muito prático para quem não quer sair do aeroporto, ou pretende sair para um passeio pelo principais pontos da cidade, mas ainda sim com tempo para um banho e descanso no hotel enquanto aguarda o horário do embarque.

Great place and very convenient but with such staff shortage be prepared to wait in line for issues (they don't answer the phone) and wait excessive amount of time in the restaurants.We got burgers FINALLY and she didn't get us any condiments so after 15 minutes we went to a manager to ask for some.Also they charge you to use the fitness center which was never told to use in any of the reservation process or website. When you pay such high fees to stay somewhere you'd think the accommodations would be part of your stay.I've never been charged any where else.The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.

Good location for airport stay. Hotel is very outdated it needs some love from the owner. Rooms are not a 4 stars hotel.Wifi didn't work in the room technical service nowhere to be found, this might be an isolated incident. Prices in the small market shop are extremely high $18 for a beer can that is grab and go.

Clean room, great location for my early morning flight.I enjoyed the convenience of the keyless locks! That was great, wish all hotels would incorporate that.A little pricy for one night but I was paying to be close to the airport I guess.Nice hotel, classy.

The best part is the location. It is directly across from the Ohare Airport.The hotel is dated. The porcelain tub appeared dirty; we called house keeping and someone came immediately to clean. We know it was cleaned but the ring was still there. The paint was peeling in the bathroom ceiling. The carpet was vacuumed but it needed cleaning, a deep shampoo cleaning. There was a stain on the curtain.Excellent location but the hotel needs to update the rooms and do room checks to deep clean the rooms.Now the Hilton Garden Inn in Dubai was excellent....see my review for them.

I stayed on a Saturday night before my flight Sunday and it was amazing. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra and get the runway view room. You wont regret it. Comfortable, cozy room, and friendly check in staff. Also have nice sports bar on site. It was nice being able to walk to my gate in the morning underground. I will def be staying here again!

Convenient and quiet. Which is super important..But. Rooms are dated by at least a couple decades - peeling paint, stained carpets, dust clogged air vents. The room quality is that of a Motel 6 off the interstate. Come on Hilton, you can do better.

We were only there for one night but could have stayed for a week. All the staff we met were so helpful and ensured we had no worries. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of lifts to avoid waiting. Fantastic meal and a few beers in the bar to relax before we hit the amazing bed. Check in and check out were seamless. Hotel valet and concierge went out of their way to help.

Contact less check-in with electronic key is the best feature during a pandemic or anytime. The Bell Desk was short staffed during our overnight stay so be prepared to schlep your own bags. The king bed us insanely comfortable, the room clean and bright, and the view of the runways worth the extra money. Room service food was delicious. Please note a gratuity is included. We didn't so our in person tip and prepared tip was a lot. Our fault. The one person at the Bell Desk went above and beyond for us at checkout. I'm a wheelchair user and have to carry a lot of medical equipment. We would have never made the short trip to the terminal without his assistance. I wish I could remember his name. A pure joy to work with. We loved our stay so much that week be doing it again on the way home even though the price is double for our next stay. It was just that convenient.

The hotel is in a great location and the beds are comfortable. It's nice that the restaurant and quick service are now open. The cobb salad in the quick service area was really nice and we grabbed a few to go cocktails for the room. We enjoyed all of those. My only complaint about the hotel is the jet noise is loud due to the large windows, as they don't insulate against the sound.

La habitación que me toco tenia una pantalla grande más no era smart no pude ver aplicaciones, es un hotel viejo en buenas condiciones pero caro, recomiendo hacer reservacion mediante la aplicación se puede ahorrar mas de 50 USD a diferencia de hacerlo en el mostrados

Me ha gustado mucho.Habitaciones muy cómodas y con una recepción muy bien atendida para sus pasajeros.Lo mejor de todo que se encuentra dentro del Aeropuerto, por lo tanto, en caso de quedar cómo pasajeros en tránsito para abordar próximos vuelos y no tener que salir del aeropuerto es muy bueno.

No sirve su aire acondicionado y estaba nevando. Muy viejas sus instalaciones. La habitación tenía una inclinación muy pronunciada, es fácil perder el equilibrio.Las sábanas lavadas, pero con manchas. Las alfombras y muebles viejos. Atención en recepción excelente. Por sus instalaciones pongo una estrella, esperaba algo mejor, por estar en el aeropuerto. No lo recomiendo, se escucha de una habitación a otra, igual sucede, con las personas que caminan en el pasillo.

Es un aeropuerto inmenso. Es viejo pero muy bien mantenido. Puede tornarse un poco laberíntico pero todo está bien señalizado. Para tomar en cuenta, el sitio de renta de autos está a unos 10min de las terminales en el bus interno del aeropuerto.
