“We were only there for one night but could have stayed for a week. All the staff we met were so helpful and ensured we had no worries. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of lifts to avoid waiting. Fantastic meal and a few beers in the bar to relax before we hit the amazing bed. Check in and check out were seamless. Hotel valet and concierge went out of their way to help.”

“The only thing that deserves 4 stars here are the prices. I've stayed in many 3 star hotels that are better in every way. The staff is disinterested at best, borderline rude. At least those we encountered. The entire building is extremely outdated, it seems like nothing was updated since at least the 80s. Our room smelled and looked more like an old cheap motel room. The sheets and bathroom cleanliness was okay, like in any decent 3 star hotel. The room AC is terrible. There is no free drinking water, the tap water tastes like it was taken from a public pool, which is typical for Chicago. A 4 star hotel should at least offer free bottled water or filtered drinking fountains to refill bottles. All food and drink options are extremely overpriced and low quality (we did not try the bar though). What generally separates 4 from 3 star hotels is some attention to details, as well as consistently attentive and extra friendly staff. This hotel showed none of those during our short (about 12 hours) overnight stay. The only good thing about this airport hotel is the convenient location.”
