“Amazing hotel, in a very convenient location. Very easy walk to the Gran Via, Royal Palace, and both major art museums in Madrid. Great views from the room as well, amazing breakfast buffet, and nice affordable wines at the bar. For our train on the day of checkout, they arranged a taxi to the station that showed up promptly. Great experience staying here. If I had one negative, it would be that there’s a restaurant or bar nearby that plays music fairly loud from about 10-11:30PM, you can hear it even with earplugs in. Did not bother me much, but if you need to sleep early and noise bothers you a lot, it’s something to be aware of.”
