“Not handicap friendly. Narrow bathroom doors and they don't save "accessible" rooms for those who may need to switch upon arrival. Hard watching my father struggle to get from his power chair to use the toilet since there is no room to get even a walker through. Front circle drop off area is missing some brick. Very few handicap parking spots, so we've had to park at the opposite end of the lot from the building every time we came back to the hotel. Asked for a handicap room; couldn't have it. Asked for a mini refrigerator; never got it. General issue with hotels that book rooms with 2+ beds is they never stock the bathrooms or coffee/tea with more than enough for one person. No free breakfast of any sort for convenience. They want you to order from the overpriced restaurant in the lobby. Staff is happy to help with issues but apparently has limited availability on things that should be higher priority if not a norm. Would stay again for cleanliness and appearance of facility for price, but 100% would not recommend staying with a person with an ambulatory device of any sort.”

“Rooms were clean but very small and in an extreme need of an update. As is the entire hotel. Carpets are old and torn. Not Fridge or Micro. The only chair was for the desk. The bathroom is small and no counter space to do hair or make up. Not even a towel hook on the bathroom door to hang towels. Room was musty smelling and overall if we were not forced to stay here for the event we were attending, I would have left and gone elsewhere. One bartender to serve drinks and food for a completely booked hotel (136 hockey players and their families plus two weddings) Bartender was over worked and under friendly. A simple task of asking a housekeeper for two clean towels was met with a no and we were told to go to the front desk. The front desk said they would send them down. Waited over an hour and finally just went and found another housekeeper on a different floor who was willing to give up two towels. Called front desk to express my disappointment and was met with someone just coming on duty. No desire to find out the miscommunication so that it doesn’t happen again. Parking is also poorly planned. Only two entrances. One of which is no where near any parking so the walk is sufficient. Especially when it’s raining as it did today. The other only holds about 3 dozen cars. All in all, if you can, I recommend you stay somewhere else.”
