I went for the afternoon tea last Saturday. The service and food were amazing. It was the first time that I enjoyed the nice service more then the food and in the Netherlands that is something like impossible. The service and the kindness of the staff is worth 5 stars. A big thanks to Ashanti and Eddy for their friendly service. Definitely I will come back to enjoy the atmosphere and service again. Fui tomar o chá da tarde no sábado passado. O serviço e comida foram incríveis. Foi a primeira vez que gostei mais do bom serviço do que da comida e na Holanda isso é algo impossível. O serviço e a gentileza dos funcionários valem 5 estrelas. Um grande obrigado a Ashanti e Eddy por seu serviço amigável. Definitivamente vou voltar para desfrutar da atmosfera e serviço novamente.

Anything I can say about this place is too little. It’s basically a mini palace from the past. The vault was so nice to experience, they had the old bank lockers still attached. The bar tender was so knowledgeable. The pastry chef was amazing, the mini chocolates and the in room treat was scrumptious. The breakfast was a great start to the morning. Also, the location was great. I would highly recommend this luxurious hotel. Qualquer coisa que eu possa dizer sobre este lugar é muito pouco. É basicamente um mini palácio do passado. O cofre foi tão bom para experimentar, eles tinham os antigos armários do banco ainda presos. O concurso de bar era tão experiente. O chef de pastelaria foi incrível, os mini chocolates e o deleite no quarto foi delicioso. O café da manhã foi um ótimo começo de manhã. Além disso, a localização era ótima. Eu altamente recomendaria este luxuoso hotel.

Wow! I’ve stayed at lots of 5 star resorts. This one throws everyone out of the water with their attention to detail and service. The personal welcome when you check in made you feel like family. Unique to this location, you are offered a particular scent to apply for your room and it really adds to the atmosphere. As a Hilton Diamond member, I was offered the Taste of Waldorf breakfast which is way better than any buffet, first they serve fresh baked pastries personally on a multi-tiered serving tray. Next, you choose a main hot dish, and all juices and coffee was included. I enjoyed a cappuccino and fresh squeezed orange juice. I was also upgraded 3 tiers in a room upgrade for being a Diamond member, the room was a King Premier. The bathroom featured heated floors, a separate soaking tub and very nice full bottles of premium shampoo, conditioner and bath wash. I was also greeted to a welcome dessert from the chef in my room which was delicious! I will definitely plan to come back next year and stay more than 1 night. Uau! Já fiquei em muitos resorts 5 estrelas. Este joga todos fora da água com sua atenção aos detalhes e serviço. As boas-vindas pessoais no check-in fizeram você se sentir em família. Exclusivo para este local, você recebe um perfume específico para aplicar no seu quarto e realmente adiciona à atmosfera. Como membro Hilton Diamond, me ofereceram o café da manhã Taste of Waldorf, que é muito melhor do que qualquer buffet, primeiro eles servem doces frescos pessoalmente em uma bandeja de várias camadas. Em seguida, você escolhe um prato quente principal, e todos os sucos e café foram incluídos. Eu gostei de um cappuccino e suco de laranja espremido na hora. Também recebi um upgrade de 3 níveis em um upgrade de quarto por ser um membro Diamond, o quarto era um King Premier. O banheiro apresentava piso aquecido, banheira de imersão separada e garrafas cheias muito agradáveis de xampu premium, condicionador e banho. Loved the experience. Right from the welcome to the nice touches on personalization of the services. The people are very friendly and do take care to see that you enjoy every minute of your stay. I would definitely want to go there again. The hotel is actually 6 houses that have been updated and movies to convert into a hotel. So the experience is unique. Please they have their own bees, so if you do get the chance try their honey, it's an experience by itself Amei a experiência. Desde as boas-vindas aos toques agradáveis na personalização dos serviços. As pessoas são muito amigáveis e cuidam para que você aproveite cada minuto de sua estadia. Eu definitivamente gostaria de ir lá novamente. O hotel é na verdade 6 casas que foram atualizadas e filmes para converter em hotel. Então a experiência é única. Por favor, eles têm suas próprias abelhas, então, se você tiver a chance, experimente o mel, é uma experiência por si só

This is the best hotel in Amsterdam - and quite possibly one of the best owned by Hilton. The building offers an extremely tranquil feel, which is a marked difference from the buzzing Amsterdam. The second you walk in, you are greeted by very welcoming and warm staff.I didn’t stay at the hotel (I actually didn’t know there was a Waldorf Astoria in Amsterdam 😂), I used the spa and peacock alley. The very kind front desk staff showed me around and I was particularly impressed by the bar which is remodeled from the old bank’s vault downstairs. The building has prestigious history which makes the experience so much more special.Every person I met was simply wonderful- professional and great with what they do. A special thank you for Andrea from the Vault bar for looking after me. She makes amazing cocktails!I know where I’ll be staying next time I am in Amsterdam! O edifício oferece uma sensação extremamente tranquila, que é uma diferença marcante da movimentada Amsterdã. No segundo em que você entra, você é recebido por uma equipe muito acolhedora e calorosa.Não fiquei no hotel (na verdade não sabia que existia um Waldorf Astoria em Amsterdam 😂), usei o spa e o beco do pavão. We came here for breakfast, the hotel allowed us to make an unusual reservation. Sitting in the Peacock Alley, we enjoyed a continental breakfast named the 'Taste of Waldorf'. Take a look at the photos. Wonderful food, truly exceptional service and beautiful surroundings. Wow! Unforgettably amazing.

This hotel fulfills the brand promise of the Waldorf-Astoria. Beautiful property, crisp and polite service and well appointed rooms. The breakfast is over the top as is the tea service so don’t miss them. I have two more stays booked here this year and look forward to returning.

We spent 3 lovely nights here in a canal view suite. It was a very homey place. Everything was comfortable and the staff are all very friendly. The restaurants and bars are great. The rooms are delightful. The location simply can't be beat.The only minor issue I noticed is that there are about 1-2 tables too few in both the breakfast and the tea room.Breakfast could sometimes be crowded and if you eat at the restaurant around tea time you get a table so tiny you can barely fit your meal on it.It is not cheap, but I enjoyed it Passamos 3 noites adoráveis aqui em uma suíte com vista para o canal. Era um lugar muito caseiro. Tudo foi confortável e os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos. Os restaurantes e bares são ótimos. Os quartos são uma delícia. A localização simplesmente não pode ser batida.O único problema menor que notei é que existem cerca de 1-2 mesas muito poucas no café da manhã e na sala de chá. Às vezes, o café da manhã pode estar lotado e, se você comer no restaurante na hora do chá, obterá uma mesa tão pequena que mal caberá sua refeição.Não é barato, mas eu gostei

Excelente de todos os pontos de vista. Único senão, as janelas trancadas e sem qualquer possibilidade de as abrir a não ser chamando alguém ao quarto para as desbloquear. Foi uma pena já que sem ar puro a noite não foi tão agradável como eu esperava.
