We're two miles from The Orange Line train to downtown, located at the Chicago Midway International Airport, both can be accessed via our free airport shuttle. Enjoy plenty of restaurants within walking distance. McCormick Place and the United Center are within 20 minutes. We've got park-and-fly packages, an indoor pool, 24-hour shop and our restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. “I loved my king room so clean and quiet. Best view of the Chicago skyline. A little disappointed in the restaurant. Food mediocre. The coffee pot did not work in the room and there was no coffee in the lobby for a 4 a.m. shuttle. No breakfast to go. Other than that, it was great place to stay.”

“A bunch of issues to list: 1. I called in my booking, received a rate, but didn't receive the email confirmation. 2. Called back the next day requesting an email confirmation. Gave them my email address again. The person that I talked to said "he was pretty sure that they cannot resend a confirmation. I should have been more concerned at this point (red flag number 2) 3. I arrived at the hotel, a very nice woman told me that my stay was the night before (3 times I was told this). 3 times I replied that I am here now "the day that I booked for". However unfortunately, I never received my confirmation. She then talked to the manager and I was given a room. 4. No hot breakfast available due to staffing. Honestly I am not mad about that. 5. After I left the hotel I received my "email" bill. The bill was for $40.00 more than the original price. Which is also $40.00 more than web based pricing that I saw before booking the room. Based on the above I believe they charged me a premium for a same day stay. I recommend staying at one of the other 9 hotels within walking distance. Hopefully this helps someone!”
