“Hands down the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. I’ve been to many 5 star and high end hotels across the globe and I have to say that W bogota is by far the best one. The staff is amazing.”

“I wanted to try something else this in Bogota and booked the W for three nights.
Everything was quite ok until the checkout that was shambolic.
Somehow the rate had increased 10% from the time the booking was made (day or two before checking in) and check out. Two out of three checks that were added to the folio were incorrect. Both of these issues were fixed.
It is now month of the stay and the hotel still has failed to post it to my Marriott Bonvoy account.
