“Beautiful Art Deco lobby, bar and structure. Higher prices rooms are also beautiful and interesting. Lower prices rooms are more like the originals from 1926. Still, all rooms seem to be clean and neat. I think you just get what you pay for. You can always go down and sit in the lobby and enjoy the ambiance. I wouldn't be surprised if Hercule Poirot walked by chatting with Hastings.”

“I recently stayed here with my dog. The hotel staff are friendly, and the lobby is large and spacious, with a really nice bar and restaurant, and seating in the mezzanine area as well or you could lounge around and relax. The hotel is overall very clean inconveniently located in the heart of Midtown on Lexington Avenue, with lots of subway options nearby. The rooms are a little bit dated but it’s clean and the staff is friendly. There is a Starbucks located in the same building. They also give you drink vouchers for the bar and there are happy hours at the hotel. Overall a very nice stay!”
