Hotel excelente e atendimento nota dez. Tudo que solicitamos fomos atendidos com a maior rapidez. Aliado a tudo isto é de uma localização excelente, perto de tudo. Já fiquei aqui umas 4 vezes e quando voltar ficarei aqui de novo.

Bonitinho, mas ordinario. Apesar de boa localização, o serviço deixou muito a desejar. Fiquei presa no banheiro pois a maçaneta quebrou. O aquecimento não funcionava e tive de pedir tres vezes um cobertor. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum!

Small rooms, typical of New York, but stylishly decorated and with lots of taste. Convenient location right next to some of Manhattan's trendiest spots, and just a short walk away from the centre of Midtown. Luxurious suites and a swanky bar on the ground floor. Good breakfast service.

My favorite hotel and favorite location in Manhattan! Close to everything. Amazing staff. Kind and clean. Large rooms every time I go. A tub and shower combo. Perfect!

Very trendy / hip hotel. Rooms are regular sized and not the most quiet. Street noise trickles through. Front desk staff is friendly when there but when calling in to fix name errors on booking they were borderline rude. Rooms have enough outlets and tub showers are decent. Insta hot water. Comfortable beds. For the money I give em 4 stars. Decent midtown hotel.

5 stars isn’t enough to rate this hotel. We were there over the weekend and while they were able to accommodate an early check in, they asked if we’d like rooms next to each other. We were happy to wait a little extra time for the second room. Oscar was extremely generous and helpful throughout our entire stay and every staff member we encountered couldn’t have been more helpful or polite. The location in Midtown is so convenient and the bar in the lobby (Stayton room) is fantastic. Great staff there too. Without a doubt I’ll be staying there during my next trip to New York City.

We just arrived for our annual trip. It's me and four friends. We stay at The Lexington very February. The rates are great this time of year. The staff is awesome! They treat us like family. It's like our our NYC home. It's in a neighborhood with nice restaurants nearby and a great store for snacks and such. And there's a Starbucks in the lobby!

Super recomendable! La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca del Rockerfeller Center y a 6 cuadras del Central Park. La ambientación y la atencion son muy buenas. Ofrecen cafe te y agua de cortesía que podes servirte todo el dia. Las habitaciones son reducidas, pero es algo común en NYC.

Very nice, elegant establishment.Their complimentary breakfast is superb. Food is freshly cooked, wonderful atmosphere, and the staff is unquestionably respectful. You feel the nostalgia from its history, yet modern amenities blends in still. 👍👍👍Please tip the doorman heavy before you leave it's only fitting 👍👍

Great location. Efficient check in/out. Got upgraded to a really unique suite with own terrace. Annoying destination fee. And very unfortunately the breakfast offered to elite guests is as bad as it could get.

I really liked this 4* hotel. It's conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the Times Square, in a quite safe location. The interior is inspired by old Hollywood movies, there was live music in the evening. The room was quite small, but the bed was very comfy and we had a great sleep. The washroom was clean, no chips or damage. The window was facing inside the building, which provided isolation from the noise of the Big City - important for a good sleep. Everything else was great. Recommended!

I recently stayed here with my dog. The hotel staff are friendly, and the lobby is large and spacious, with a really nice bar and restaurant, and seating in the mezzanine area as well or you could lounge around and relax. The hotel is overall very clean inconveniently located in the heart of Midtown on Lexington Avenue, with lots of subway options nearby. The rooms are a little bit dated but it’s clean and the staff is friendly. There is a Starbucks located in the same building. They also give you drink vouchers for the bar and there are happy hours at the hotel. Overall a very nice stay!

Beautiful Art Deco lobby, bar and structure. Higher prices rooms are also beautiful and interesting. Lower prices rooms are more like the originals from 1926. Still, all rooms seem to be clean and neat. I think you just get what you pay for. You can always go down and sit in the lobby and enjoy the ambiance. I wouldn't be surprised if Hercule Poirot walked by chatting with Hastings.

We were here 5 nights over Christmas. On the first day, no one cleaned our room. When we called just to get fresh towels, we were told they'd be right up, but never showed up. Bar service was very, very slow. It was difficult to get a drink. I have not spent a lot of time in NYC but thought this would be a premium experience. However, I found the wait staff in the attached Starbucks were more attentive and thankful for my business. All that said, the hotel is beautiful, historic, and close to many major attractions, so that is worth something. I'd give it a 2.5 for service, and a 3.5 for location and history.
