“The Island is beautiful however we realized on this vacation that we have “outgrown” an “all inclusive.” The wine is cheap and only “white or red” is served. The food is all flavored noodles, pasta and tasteless salads. The music is constantly booming from 10 am to 11 pm meaning there are 3 venues booming different genres at the same time, while bingo is taking place. Our room with a balcony overlooking the ocean was obnoxiously loud ALL THE TIME! The hotel needs updating and the halls reekof mustiness. Absurd that all this noise and nonsense is meant to entertain adults. All I want are ocean waves, goodfood and a sense of calm. None of that was found here. To take a beautiful island and contaminate it with noise and cheap thrills is not my idea of a good vacation.”

“Just returned home after 8 days 11-16-19The rooms werepretty basic, but not a problem as we spent very little time in the room other than to sleep. We were supposed to receive an anniversary surprise, made a call and they brought us a bottle of champagne. The bathroom sink leaked, but not a problem sh%t happens, call the front desk and it was fixed promptly. The grounds and common areas were very nice and always clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurants including the buffet were all well above average. You had to either wait on line or get a beeper for the specialty restaurantswhich resulted in eating later then we normally would, but not the end of the world as we were on Island time anyway. No problem anytime at the buffet. The drinks were suspect but if you asked for top shelf liquor, that seemedto make a difference. If you wanted to get a shade hut at the beach you had to get up early to claim one.Without one the sun onbeach was brutal.Never tried room service, but if you needed anything they would bring it to you promptly. No real issues with drunk/ obnoxious people, everyone was friendly and respectful. My biggest problem was the 24 hour coffee shop / snack bar was not open when I stopped by at 5:45 AM to pick up a snack to take on my fishing trip, but I managed to survive. It's true that Aruba is One Happy Island.Hope this helps.”
