“O Drake além de todas as comodidades de um Hilton com andar executivo e os benefícios do Executive Lounge, é um hotel icônico e lindo. Eleito como patrimônio histórico, a fachada renascentista é fabulosa assim como seu interior, o bar no sub solo é igualmente fabuloso :)Espero que esse breve relato ajude a outros viajantes a escolherem o próximo hotel. :)** Meus relatos são baseados em experiências reais como viajante a negócios e a lazer em mais de 200 diferentes hotéis em 4 continentes, principalmente das redes Hilton e Accor.”

“For a hotel that has been around as long as they have you would think they would have figured out customer service by now. But instead the staff was condescendingly placating, rude, and incompetent. They asked us what time we wanted room service, told them 1 pm, and they walked in without knocking at 9am while we were still asleep. We also were expecting a gift bag for the wedding we were attending, and were told three separate times that they forgot to give it to us and would send it up promptly. This of course never happened, and when I finally confronted them about it, they were dismissive and rude and just said they didn’t have it. Had they just said that at the outset that’d be understandable, but instead they tried to pass the buck and not deal with us.”
