“Booked a Cutler suite for a one night stay with Ascott. Service was OK by the staffs in the hotel and the bed was nicely decorated for birthday. However Suite wise it could have been a better experience. Room was not very clean as the sink still had stains, the toilet had a used hairband near the bathtub, and there was a grain of rice embedded in the sofa. Overall OK with the service but the room was nowhere near what it should be for a 5-star rated venue.I was also charged incorrectly on the day of check in, and they only notified me to pay the full amount after I requested for late checkout (to no avail). I thought these type of things were not so complicated. Just disappointed.”

“besides a faulty heater and small windows, it was indeed an interesting experience. great for those who would enjoy cooking for loved ones away from home! also, shoutout to the hotel staff, Shao Han (?) for being extremely helpful and friendly. definitely elevated the stay there! :)”
