5 years ago, I stayed at the Hotel Georgia while going through a hard period of my life. Things are so much better now, and I wanted to stay there again as a celebration to myself, for a change of circumstance. And they did not disappoint. It will be hard to communicate the exceptional service, the staff at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia, brought forth to my family. From check in, the customer relations manager treated my daughter so special with a teddy bear, colouring book and crayons. The room also was so well prepared for a toddler, crib, baby shampoo and lotions, mini robe and slippers. It doesn't fill like your average run of the mill hotel, they really go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. The house keeper - fantastic! Spoke to us in the hallway, as if we have been staying for weeks. But above all, the concierge. We forgot to make a dinner reservation, they were nice enough to call all of their recommended restaurants to get us a table, even sent our table an appetizer. They seemed to bend over backwards to make their guests experience perfect. If anyone is debating on, if to stay or not.. stay! Give yourself a treat! My only comments - I wish the hotel sold the robes for children. My daughter loved it and wore it everyday. I wish I could have brought it home as a souvenir.

This was my second time staying at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia with my wife. We previously stayed in 2017. Over all the service was good. You can tell that the hotel is still getting its footing back after the Pandemic. Not having the courtesy car was a huge disappointment. We went to the 1927 lounge twice on this stay. The first time the service was excellent and was what I expect from the hotel. The second time even though it didn't appear very busy we were served breakfast without cutlery. The server acknowledged that she forgot it an said she'd return with and never came back. We ate our breakfast with our coffee spoons and no one took the time to refill our coffee or ask us if we wanted it refilled. Our room reservation was booked twice so I got charged $430 dollars for not showing up while I was sitting in my hotel room all checked it. I'm still waiting for the refund but was told it was being worked on.

Staying at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia was an amazing experience! We were already expecting a great service, but the staff goes above and beyond any high standards. From the minute we entered the hotel, there wasn’t a moment we weren’t happy to be there. The staff is extremely caring and friendly. The building is gorgeous and pristine, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The only observation we brought up to them is the lack of a hot tub, as it is one of the elements our family really looks forward during our hotel stays. No matter what, we highly recommend the Rosewood Hotel Georgia and look forward to our next visit.

From check in to check out, we had a great stay. The receptionist and the concierge were extremely welcoming and polite. We received a complimentary upgrade and early check in for our special occasion. Cleanliness of the lobby and room were amazing. Although, the room facing the interior courtyard with the restaurant can be quite noisy during business hours. The location of the hotel is very walkable to many attractions and food options. The amenities including turndown service, gym, and pool were very nice. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and would stay again for another visit in Vancouver.

From check in to check out everything was top notch. We were greeted by an employee as soon as we walked through the doors and he escorted us up to where we check in. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient provided us with all we needed to know about the hotel and got us access to our room quickly. The room was stunning and spotless. We used the pool, had drinks on the patio at Reflections and dined at Hawksworth. The amenities were exactly what you expect from a property of this sort. The cleaning staff provided a wonderful turn down service each night and the cookie on the night stand was a really nice touch. I communicated with Paul Li over email leading up to our stay and his level of customer service was spectacular. My husband and I can’t wait for our next visit.
