“This was my second time staying at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia with my wife. We previously stayed in 2017. Over all the service was good. You can tell that the hotel is still getting its footing back after the Pandemic. Not having the courtesy car was a huge disappointment. We went to the 1927 lounge twice on this stay. The first time the service was excellent and was what I expect from the hotel. The second time even though it didn't appear very busy we were served breakfast without cutlery. The server acknowledged that she forgot it an said she'd return with and never came back. We ate our breakfast with our coffee spoons and no one took the time to refill our coffee or ask us if we wanted it refilled. Our room reservation was booked twice so I got charged $430 dollars for not showing up while I was sitting in my hotel room all checked it. I'm still waiting for the refund but was told it was being worked on.”

“From check in to check out everything was top notch. We were greeted by an employee as soon as we walked through the doors and he escorted us up to where we check in. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient provided us with all we needed to know about the hotel and got us access to our room quickly. The room was stunning and spotless. We used the pool, had drinks on the patio at Reflections and dined at Hawksworth. The amenities were exactly what you expect from a property of this sort. The cleaning staff provided a wonderful turn down service each night and the cookie on the night stand was a really nice touch. I communicated with Paul Li over email leading up to our stay and his level of customer service was spectacular. My husband and I can’t wait for our next visit.”
