“Este hotel é uma vergonha. Pediram-me o cartão de crédito como caução, debitaram-me 200 euros e até ao dia de hoje ainda não me devolveram o dinheiro. Já estou farta de reclamar. Dizem sempre que me vão devolver o dinheiro mas acabam por nunca o fazer. Isto é um caso de polícia! Vergonhoso!”
