“Vistas incríveis sobre a cidade. O staff foi sempre muito atencioso e disponível. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e completos. Nada apontar no serviço de limpeza. Pequeno almoço muito variado e de grande qualidade.”

“Soy cliente habitual corporate. El hotel ha perdido mucho calidad y es raro que mantenga las 5 estrellas. No hay botones ( dicen por el covid) si no fuese por youness que es un recepcionista de 10 me hubiera tocado cargar 6 maletas. Lo más increíble es que el agua de cortesía que te reponen hasta en un hotel de 3 estrellas y que reponian antes te dicen ahora que la ponen solo el primer día, duchas con más de 10 años ( desactualizados sin cambiar), water sin la manguera ni bidé. Si recortas en cálida de servicio no te mereces las 5 estrellas. No recomendable, ya no más.”
