“It's a run of the mill, slightly below standard, hotel experience. However, the surrounding area is awful with burned down buildings all across the road, no taxi service operates this area, and the selection of dining options I the area is subpar.
The rooms are nice, spacious, clean and with TV and wifi (if you are an Hhonors program member).
The gym is tiny, no towels in the towel rack, and one out of two treadmills were broken.
The pool is small and evidently being renovated or serviced but instead of closing the area off it is full of dust and plastic sheets to separate the area off from the rest of the pool area.
The breakfast is nice enough and with the option of a hot meal to order.”

“Do not stay at this hotel.
I travel a LOT and I’m a Hilton diamond member. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in over 9 years.
NONE of the gym equipment works. It is all broken. They gym is extremely small for what I consider Hilton Garden Inn standards. I’ve seen Hampton Inns with bigger facilities.
My asked to see the manager about the equipment all being broken I was told she is only there a couple of days a week and when she is there it is only from 9-2. This makes it difficult to have a conversation with her as someone there on a business trip.
Additionally, my room smelled. I figured out on the last day of my trip that the AC unit was leaking water into the floor/carpet. I’m fairly certain this was causing mold to grow and creating the smell.
I will be in this area for the next 6 weeks. My team will not be staying at this hotel for the remainder of this trip.”
