Beautiful Resort!! Highly recommend!! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are incredible with views that are all picture worthy. Make sure you visit the spa its gorgeous and incredibly relaxing. The big pool is endless with a perfect view of the Caribbean w/a swim up bar.

I met my friends in Mexico, they are staying for 2 weeks I was there for only 4 nights. This by far was the most amazing vacation and resort that I have ever stayed at. No complaints, you are relaxed and waited on from the moment you arrive. The resort is amazing to walk through and look at, impeccably clean and the friendliest and most helpful staff. The food was amazing from the buffet to the specialty restaurants it was excellent. The pools and just the view of the ocean and constant service and helpfulness of the staff was really just truly amazing. The pool at the spa is the best way to end your day before dinner. It is the most relaxing place and with the hydrotherapy you don’t even really need to purchase a massage. Again the most relaxing and amazing 4 days of vacation. Would highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back!!

This is the nicest place I have ever stayed. Food is great. Staff members are very helpful to your needs. Pool is great. Entertainment is top notch. I would definitely come back to this lovely place.

Where do I start? We just left this resort, we stayed at the Grand and this was the best experience from beginning to end. Top notch service from every single worker. A few names I can remember was Cecilia in the front lobby. She was so sweet and welcoming. How can we forget about Orlando, he was so amazing at his job. He definitely loves what he does, he was so knowledgeable on our bike tour and carried himself with such great poise.Everything was so well kept, the restrooms, pool, walkways were always just clean to perfection. The buffets were delicious. The carts that serviced you were on it akways.The activities were so fun and always had a variety to choose from. I'm ready to book our next trip already. Thanks everyone for such an amazing experience.😊

Beautiful rooms, great customer service and very clean resort. They work very hard at maintaining this property to the point of possibly using too much chemicals to keep everything clean. The first night our room and certain bathrooms were very potent to the point of not being able to be in them for long. When you download the app you can order 24 hour room service right from your phone. We loved the fact that we could take advantage of that during the late hours and for breakfast. The food offered at the restaurants I’d say was so so. We enjoyed what we had at the Italian and Caribbean restaurants but weren’t a huge fan of the other restaurants we ate at. The seaweed is outrageous right now but there’s not much that can be done about that. You see tractors hauling loads of seaweed all day long and if you go anywhere on the beach near where they load it too it smells really bad. The only thing that I felt could have been improved would be the entertainment since there wasn’t much on the property. They have theater shows but they weren’t what we expected them to be - a lot of swing dancing and remake singing. Overall beautiful hotel and great stay!
