“Great lobby and overall decor. Staff are a great help and the rooms are well made/kept. Position makes Milan very accessible. On the down side, standard hotel expectations were somewhat lacking, shower water took around 5 minutes of running at full force to warm up and the tv was also running quite slowly off of an external service.”

“From the time we walked in the front door our stay was faultless. We were upgraded without charge to a suite on 7th floor. Front reception staff and concierge were simply lovely !!
Breakfast was lovely as were cocktails in the lobby bar. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Value for money is terrific as well ..”
