“The hotel is in a good central location, conveniently close to the well connected train station yet close to the heart of Milan.
It is a tad old and not necessarily well kept, but the experience is not too bad after all.
A reasonable stay, but surely not outstanding.
On the plus side the staff was kind and upgraded my room”

“First time in Milan and this Hotel has made the stop here one to remember. This is the first time I leave a review for anything but I just simply had to because the service was by far the best I have received in all of my different stays around the globe. From the moment you arrive with your luggage to the simple gesture of bringing up play activities for my 2 year old so he has some fun while in the room I can go on and on. They even sent him a mini bathrobe and slippers along with a Frozen plush to get him ready for bed all without asking for any of it. The room was clean and just an overall pleasant experience. There is a metro station exit just outside of the hotel which connects to Central Station or take a cab and be there in under 5 minutes to help you connect your travel plans to other cities.”
