Unfortunately sorry to say that, all of It'smanpower need more training on communication, guest service and guest handling. They are young and energetic with super friendly attitude.That's awesome just need proper guidelines and training.”

“Great location in the city centre and if you're on the right side a great view over the city. The rooms are clean and tidy but as per many hotels still lack power sockets by the bed. It did have USB ports built into the bedside lights, however these are over a meter higher than the bed so unless you have a long charger cable, your phone will be dangling in the air.”
