“Hotel is not recommended for POOR SECURITY. Please watch out it has thieves and burglars that come inside steal your things and go, hotel administration are helpless and there are no measurements to prevent those things.
I was having my morning breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel, and a thief from outside came inside the breakfast area of the hotel. Very easily and quietly and stole my bag pack with my passport inside of it along other valuable items.
I would never imagine something like that happening inside a breakfast area of a hotel and I’ve been around Europe, all hotels don’t let people from outside inside the breakfast area.
Bad management controls and certainly very bad security. Please be mindful of your belongings when you come here if you couldn’t find a replacement. All my classmates and university admin are now aware of this and the hotel will be off the recommendation list.”

“Si yo cuando hago una reserva solicito una habitación tranquila no es lógico que me la den al lado del ascensor y con un bar abajo, que es del propio hotel q cierra pasadas la 1 de la madrugada y posteriormente se ponen a recoger, con el ruido que generan, porque la habitación no estaba insonorizada. Por otro lado el desayuno muy desorganizado, sin medidas covid, la gente agolpada en la cafetera que era de cápsulas e incluso faltando leche. El domingo bajé para estar puntual a las 8 porque tenía prisa y el bufet aún no estaba preparado y nos hicieron esperar 10 minutos con lo cual tuve que desayunar a correr y mal, cuando había preguntado con antelación la hora del desayuno, si lo sé cojo la habitación sin él . Sin duda el peor NH en el que he estado con diferencia, no volveré, eso seguro.”
