“Hotel limpo. Quartos muito pequenos, claustrofóbicos. Vistas interiores muito desagradáveis. Funcionários do restaurante pouco simpáticos e disponíveis. Fiquei desiludida. Pequeno almoço com oferta básica, sem qualquer apoio dos funcionários, parece que nos estão a fazer um favor. Esperava mais. A localização por si só não basta.”

“This is an amazing hotel. Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and very welcoming. The rooms have balconies with a great view of Madrid. The location is also good. Although the area is not in the city center, it still is pretty much central. Only about 25 min by foot to reach El Retiro park, for instance. I would be looking forward to book again if I come back to Madrid.”
