Great choice. Conveniently placed and wonderfully staffed. Staff members like Alfonso exude professionalism in their every day actions. I would book again in a second. Only reason this hotel did not receive 5 's from me is because is could be slightly hipper.

They have a great clean pool, and they were so helpful and friendly to the employees. For our stay here, they sent out a delicious cake and a card! We're going to come back and suggest this hotel to all our mates!

Nós ficamos aqui no final de nossa lua de mel e Chris, o gerente da recepção, e a equipe do Four Seasons não poderiam ter tornado a experiência mais especial. Chris nos mudou para uma suíte King Executiva com uma vista incrível da cidade. O pôr do sol de Chicago é absolutamente incrível quando visto do 37º andar. A roupa de cama era macia e de alta qualidade e a cama era extremamente confortável. Eles são muito generosos com suas amenidades também e o cheiro de chá branco e alecrim e menta também impregnou o hotel e continuou o tema em seus sabonetes e loções corporais. Estamos muito felizes com a nossa estadia. Gostaria que tivéssemos filhos para trazer para esta propriedade, porque as amenidades de seus filhos pareciam realmente incríveis.

We stayed here at the end of our honeymoon and Chris, the front desk manager, and the Four Seasons’ staff could not have made it a more special experience. Chris upgraded us to an Executive King suite with an amazing view of the city. Chicago sunsets are absolutely amazing when viewed from the 37th floor. The bedding was soft and high quality and the bed was extremely comfortable. They are very generous with their amenities as well and the smell of white tea and rosemary and mint also pervaded the hotel as well as continued the theme in their body washes and lotions. We are so happy with our stay. I wish we had kids to bring to this property because their children’s amenities seemed really amazing.

Este hotel é muito, muito incrível! Hotel muito confortável, limpo e de luxo. Um pouco caro, mas vale o dinheiro que eu pago. Excelente experiência desde o momento do check-in até o horário do check-out. Todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e acolhedores. Ótima piscina e ambiente relaxante, com bares que servem comida e bebidas em torno de áreas de estar espaçosas. Obrigado!

O proprietário é realmente amigável e construiu um lugar muito agradável. O quarto é espaçoso. Há também um tamanho perfeito para um único ocupante. Nós realmente gostamos da nossa estadia aqui. Para mim, este é um dos lugares mais agradáveis que já fiquei. O sistema de auto-checkout que eles possuem também é bom, para que você não acorde ninguém. Eu recomendaria para quem precisa de uma noite perto do aeroporto.

The owner is really friendly and has built a really nice place. The room is spacious. There's also a perfect size for a single occupant. We really enjoyed our stay here. For me, this is one of the nicest places I've stayed. The self-checkout system they have is good as well, so you don't wake anyone up. I would recommend to anyone who needs an overnight close to the airport.

This hotel is very very amazing! Very comfortable, clean, and luxury hotel. A bit expensive but it's worth the money I pay. Excellent experience from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice pool and relaxing atmosphere around, with bar outlets serving food and beverages around spacious seating areas. Thank you!

It was a very well run hotel and the staff looks like they enjoy working there. Every staff member we came across, had a smile and nothing was too much trouble, even the cleaners. We also ate breakfast in the restaurant each morning, the food and service were excellent. We could ask for more from this Hotel! We will definitely be back!

Eu quero dar a este hotel 5 estrelas, mas a situação da piscina com as crianças está fora de controle. Eu escolhi este hotel por causa da piscina e foi atropelado com crianças. Eles têm apenas um tempo para adultos, mas são das 21h às 22h. Se eu estiver no centro de Chicago, esse será o último lugar às 21h. O quarto tinha uma vista incrível e a equipe foi muito simpática. Estacionamento com manobrista é caro, portanto, esteja preparado. O café de cortesia com chocolate foi excelente e está conectado a uma praça de compras, o que é legal. Ótima localização também.

I want to give this hotel 5 stars but the pool situation with the kids is out of control. I picked this hotel because of the pool and it was over ran with children. They have an adults only time but it’s from like 9pm to 10pm. If I’m in downtown Chicago that’s the last place I’ll be at 9pm. The room had an amazing view and the staff was very friendly. Valet parking is expensive so be prepared. The complimentary coffee, got chocolate was outstanding and it’s connected to a shopping plaza so that’s nice. Great location as well.
