“Absolutely a dream come true! Everything & Everyone! This was our wedding anniversary celebration. It was our first time visiting Istanbul and staying at the Ritz, it was worth it! Cannot stop bragging about this gorgeous property and the staff. The check-in (quick & easy), concierge (very accommodating), people at the front (opening the door, ordering a cab, carrying the luggage), hostess, waiting staff, the spa - literally, AMAZING! So friendly, so accommodating & so polite. We got the luxury package room decoration with balloons, champagne, flower bouquet & cake - AMAZING! The room is stunning. The hotel itself is very clean. Smells nice & fresh on every floor. In the main lobby they have new flower arrangements daily. The restaurants, the lounge, the bar. Unreal! The views, OMG! Thank you for making our stay and anniversary celebration so special and memorable ❤️🙏🏼”

“The hotels location is good and the staff are very helpful however on the first night there was no turn down service which we only realized on the second night when it was actually done plus, their ability to call for taxi’s like any other 5 star hotel is a lacking. We had to wait a decent amount of time for a taxi every time and the concierge and reception barely picked up their phones when we tried to order one in advance knowing about this issue. Also, quick note: the rooftop (outdoor) swimming pool is deceptively small so don’t go by the pictures on their website and it’s always full as you’d imagine. :)”
