“Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a hotel. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. Last minute trip in the middle of the week excellent accommodations but the view day or night beautiful One of the best hotels in River North! Excellent customer service. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with a small fridge and you can request a microwave. The lobby is gorgeous and a great place to eat or just sit by the bar.”

“I liked this hotel. Good location, and I enjoyed the rooms. Check-in experience could be improved - I was unclear that breakfast in the Elite lounge closed at 10am. When I got there at 11am it was completely closed (staff were just refilling the room), I think a sign that said someone would be returning would be helpful. Thankfully the manager Zack was able to make up the breakfast for us which brings this to a 4 star for exemplary customer experience. Thanks Zack!”
