“Customer service was lacking tremendously. Took a long time for check in, also I asked about their shuttle to their beach club. I was told 10a the first day, I asked again the next day and was told 9a?? I would have missed the shuttle had I really wanted to go. Would be nice if front desk personnel actually knew what time their shuttle left and not give out incorrect information.”

“Affordable prices but the rooms have paper thin walls, you can hear the people on both sides of your room. The staff is friendly but front desk is very slow and now as friendly. No shuttle service, you have to pay extra for breakfast. No all inclusive and very unattended pool bar and area.”
