Customer service was lacking tremendously. Took a long time for check in, also I asked about their shuttle to their beach club. I was told 10a the first day, I asked again the next day and was told 9a?? I would have missed the shuttle had I really wanted to go. Would be nice if front desk personnel actually knew what time their shuttle left and not give out incorrect information.

Affordable prices but the rooms have paper thin walls, you can hear the people on both sides of your room. The staff is friendly but front desk is very slow and now as friendly. No shuttle service, you have to pay extra for breakfast. No all inclusive and very unattended pool bar and area.

Felicidades al equipo de Krystal se esfuerzan por dar el extra en tu estadíahacen rápido el checkin, y darte un buen servicio. Las instalaciones son amplias y limpias. El acceso al beach club es un gran beneficio. Tiene tiendas y transporte cercano. La zona es segura. Volvere y recomiendo ampliamente el establecimiento

This place is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it. Very good. Very clean!! Great customer service! They are so good about sanitation. The restaurant are clean and good food. The waitress Ruben and Rodolfo were great with us! They made us feel very special. Great and kind people.

Excellent experience at Crystal urban cancun it is in Cancun city center however located at the entrance of the hotel zone they do provide a shuttle for free from 9 AM and they pick you up at 3 PM from the Krystal Beach Cancun located on the beach you have access to all of their amenities I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again thank you for the great service and hospitality of all of your employees including Gustavo our driver. Very clean beautiful views walking distance to Mall plaza Americas. And safe only your room card has access to your floor and one family per elevator.

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. El servicio en general en el hotel es bueno y el acceso al club de playa es lo mejor, el personal ahí es muy atento; el acceso permite usar todas las instalaciones, los costos son muy accesibles (+15% desc como parte del beneficio). El horario es de 10 a 5 pero no pasa nada si tomas un rato más. Fuimos con niños y tanto el hotel como el club de playa muy familiares. Lo único que definitivamente deben mejorar es la atención en la recepción, ya que es muy lenta y siempre había solo una persona. Fuera de eso, MUY recomendable.

Malas instalaciones y muy mal trato por parte de los recepcionistas. La mujer que nos atendió era muy antipática. La habitación correcta, pero por el precio esperábamos que almenos tuviera nevera. El desayuno es malisimo, recomiendo no incluirlo y desayunar fuera del hotel.

El hotel no es viejo pero tiene varios temas que causan incomodidad al huésped. ASUSTAN, el elevador se vuelve loco, los taxis que están fuera son sumamente agresivos y se aprovechan de la gente. Y si como lo dije asustan, tocan la puerta y no hay nadie afuera, se abren las llaves de la regadera y del lavabo solas incluso hay un video de eso en youtu.be , las maletas se caen o salen volando por si solas, la puerta se siente como si alguien desde el interior la empujara, el tanque del baño se presiona solo. Pensé que era mala suerte pero que pase en 3 habitaciones (íbamos en grupo) y que otros huéspedes nos confirmen que también les pasa es mucho! incluso el personal lo confirma! Primero agradecer a mantenimiento quien nos apoyo en conjunto con recepción para cambiar de habitación por que nos habían puesto en pisos distintos y pasaban de mayor manera los incidentes mencionados. Ahora los taxistas o más bien organización mafiosa de afuera del hotel son agresivos, groseros y cuando los necesitas nunca están disponibles, pero si están para amenazar a un taxista previamente contratado o reservado, esta pésimo que estén ahí afuera causan inseguridad y cobran extremadamente caro, recomiendo caminar al semáforo que está en plaza las Américas y tomar un taxi normal. LA VERDAD NO PIENSO VOLVER JAMÁS y la situación es muy extensa como para describirla pero lo más básico es esto que comento Para el personal de mantenimiento y recepción gracias por hacer lo que estuvo en sus manos.

Hotel bien situado con algunas deficiencias a mejorar, tuvimos problemas con la tarjeta para activar el ascensor, acceder a la habitación. Estábamos de ruta y teniamos que marcharnos antes que empezara el desayuno, pedimos si nos podian hacer un picnic y nos dijeron que no. Los teléfonos estuvieron haciendo ruido toda la noche y no los podiamos hacer servir para llamar a recepción porque no funcionaban, no bajamos porque la tarjeta nos funcionaba mal y era un lio para usar el ascensor estando en la quinta planta.

Excelente servicio en atención de personal de higiene, y una atención inigualable en meseros y alberca. Triste y deprimente atención en recepción por políticas incongruentes, y alta deficiencia y educación en personal de recepción, especialmente en actitud infantil y caprichosa en "niña" de mostrador (pelo largo y lacio). No es la primera vez, que me hospedó en sus hoteles, y deja mucho que desear recepción de anteriores experiencias (tres ocasiones al menos en cada uno de los hoteles en Cancun).

It was a good stay, expect ti pay extra fees when you get to the hotel. Be careful with Taxis outside the hotel you can just get anyone they are very territorial. Food at the Hotel is average, my suggestion go eat at the plaza Las Americas 3 blocks away

Best hotel, parking is 30 peso a night which isn't bad. Everyone is nice and rooms are super clean. The cleaning staff for floor 5 isn't the best so I moved to floor 7 she is good. And pool is super nice and clean and breakfast is worth the 7-10$ I paid. Good place to stay

O hotel tem quartos e banheiros amplos. Tem também uma boa piscina que é bem visitada pelos passáros da região. Bem perto pequenos mercados e um conceituado laboratório para quem precisa do teste de covid para voltar ao país. O restaurante é decepcionante e o café muito simples. É um hotel de custo baixo mas tem alguns defeitos como a lanchonetecom pouco a oferecer. A varanda tem uma boa vista. Por ser um hotel grande a manutenção fica a desejar, principalmente nas camas ao lado da piscina.

Major issue is they give you one room key and ONE key that allows you to use the elevator to get off the floor. So if I went downstairs to the gym my fiancé was stuck because we were only given one elevator key. Unless you’re attached at the hip this will be a problem especially for more than 2 people. The gym has no water which is unacceptable, no towels or paper towels. The rooms are clean and modern but do not have a refrigerator so you’re screwed also you have to buy the water at Starbucks. there isn’t an ice machine so if you want ice to keep your water cold you have to go downstairs, again to Starbucks.You have to work if you’re staying here. This is not the hotel of you want great service. They are understaffed and need to have staff to answer phones to cater to their paying guests! No one answers the front desk so if you need something you have to go downstairs and figure it out. Pool was nice and not crowded.

This hotel seems to be on an austerity program. Minimal furnishing in the rooms are the first indicator. Use of wrong sized bed sheet for the bed is another. Also, minimum appointments in the room, no coffee maker, no mini refrigerator, only paper cups provided. You must retrieve the ice you need from the coffee bar in the lobby. The padded headboard was damaged and repaired poorly. This hotel is just above a one star rating. I can not in good conscience recommend it.

So we stayed at this hotel from a family recommendation. It was a good price and reviews were decent. It was a family trip and it was a group of 13. So the only negative was the reception. When we arrived there was a couple checking in and about 5 or 6 young ladies behind the reception desk. I don’t know maybe they were all training? Well it took us about 20minutes to finally come to the desk to check in. Once we were finally at the desk, it took a little over an hour to check in. The price they charged us was not the price given but what could we do we were already there. I had been in contact with the hotel the week prior since we were a big group, I just wanted everything to go smoothly. They had told me we would be able to get out rooms on the same floor. We did but after some discussion with the receptionists. At checkout they wanted to charge us 500 more pesos because apparently they had made a mistake when checking us in. I was not about to pay and discussed this with the receptionist. So that reception was the only negative thing. Positive thing were the greeters, Gustavo and Gerardo, they were very friendly and always willing to help us. Also, our waiters were awesome, Ruben and Rodolfo. They were always at our service and made our stay great. Those 4 gentleman were wonderful and we appreciate them! The breakfast was good to, try the cochinita when they have it!

Incrível, passei 8 dias, lugar maravilhoso, funcionários educados e prestativos, piscina linda, quarto perfeito, limpo, banheiro limpo, sacada gostosa de ficar, café da manhã meio difícil pois a comida é local, se for em.busca de um café da manhã como em seu local de origem não tem, o café da manhã étotalmente local, mas nada fora do comum, não me acostumei mas deu pra comer, já minha namorada não se deu bem passou mal, pois é bem diferente mas de resto é maravilhoso.RECOMENDADISSIMO.

Hotel Bom Custo-benefício. Localização ótima, próximo a muitos serviços: uma galeria de lojas, o plaza del toros e vários bares e restantes ( dá para ir caminhando)!A limpeza é ótima e o café da manhã é bom. O quarto que ficamos é ótimo: amplo, vista maravilhosa, cama boa, chuveiro ótimo, mas faz falta um frigobar. Mas tivemos dois problemas: o ar condicionado exalando odor de mofo, reclamamos na recepção, ficaram um dia todo para resolver e apenas diminui o odor. Outra coisa, há festas e eventos todos os dias a noite na cobertura e o som incomoda os quartos do andar logo abaixo (que era o nosso). Não chega a inviabilizar o sono mas se tens algum problema para dormir, não recomendo.

Tudo muito limpo é um bom café.Localização ruim para quem depende de ônibus tem que caminhar uns 20 minutos até o mais próximo. E o atendimento na recepção é péssimo, não são nenhuma informação e 80% dos recepcionistas sempre de mau humor. O que ficou na noite de 11 para 12/03/20 nunca deveria estar na recepção de um hotel.

Local bom. O atendimento deixa a desejar, mesmo você falando fluentemente a língua deles. Aparenta ser geral mesmo, você pede uma coisa, eles pedem um momento, você aguarda, e se não voltar pra cobrar ninguém vem falar com você. Não fosse isso daria 5 estrelas facilmente. O café da manhã é bom, embora as bebidas sejam limitadas. Um suco natural sem açúcar faria uma diferença enorme também. Os quartos são bons, bate bastante sol mas o ambiente é agradável. Não tem frigobar, e gelo você só consegue pegar no térreo. Deveria ter umas máquinas de gelo pelo menos, assim você não precisa incomodar o pessoal da starbucks.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Krystal urban Cancun. My husband and I went to Cancun for a Christmas getaway and i am so glad we stayed here. The location is excellent, close to everything and easily accessible. If you need a taxi all you have to do is inform the reception and they will have a cab waiting for you, or you can walk outside and easily catch a cab hassle free. The rooms are the perfect size. Very spacious. There are two restaurants on property. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would definitely encourage you to choose this place.

The place is good, new building, big nice rooms, poor and buffet breakfast, the setup makes me feel more on the condo side than on the hotel side. One important thing to consider is that it is not in the hotels stripped nor by the beach, so to enjoy the ocean you need Transportacion, however there are many restaurants within walking distance, and a big mall, Plaza las Américas. This was a business visit, so for me the location was just perfect. The staff is friendly and serviceable.

Nice, clean hotel. King size bed with a firm yet comfortable mattress. Very nice view from the room. Quiet. Ridiculously small TV (it's so small the wall mount protrudes) and no mini bar. Large shower, average water pressure. Friendly personnel. Shuttles to the beach. Very friendly personnel and manager.
